Join the Black Education Research Collective (BERC) and Bruce S. Goldberg postdoctoral fellow Dr. Sarah Stewart, in conversation with Dr. Kevin Cokley as they discuss how mental health affects the achievement of Black students.

Dr. Cokley is professor of Educational Psychology and African & African Diaspora Studies at University of Texas, Austin. He is past Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Black Psychology and the Director of the Institute for Urban Policy Research & Analysis. Dr. Cokley researches themes related to understanding the psychological and environmental factors that impact African American student achievement, and the impact of the impostor phenomenon in academic and mental health outcomes.
